maskyourdocs is built by one person, and every message is read by that person. Bug reports are especially welcome.

Reporting a problem

If a document doesn't open, a black bar lands in the wrong place, or the result screen says "Check this before you send it", please say:

• the type of file (PDF, Word, image or text) and roughly how many pages
• your device and browser, for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome"
• what you did and what happened, with a screenshot of the tool if you can

Please don't send the document itself, or a screenshot that shows personal details. A description is enough to start with, and if a sample would help, we'll ask for one with the details removed.

Before you write

• For how-to questions, the guides may already have the answer.
• For what the site collects, see the Privacy Policy.
• We never receive the files you redact, so we can't recover a document or an export for you.
